Meet the Chef.

Arnaud grew up in Villefranche-de-Rouergue, in southwest France, where he and Sabrina ran a restaurant before moving to Quebec with their three daughters. Today he makes the madeleines fresh every day, in flavors from classic vanilla to pistachio, passion fruit and Biscoff.
